Meet Michaela Karásek-Čejková , the artistic soul behind the visuals of the cover and bottle of the new Oraculum perfume ARABESQUE. The design of the box embodies lightness of being, elegance and sophistication. The entire visual is delicate, at the same time very feminine and slightly seductive, and perfectly describes the character and essence of the perfume.
Michaela is not only an illustrator, but also a photographer and creator of unique collages. Among other things, she is also the holder of the prestigious Czech Grand Design award. You could have met her work in Dolce Vita, Harper's Bazaar or ELLE magazines and we are extremely happy that we could work with her.
1. Hi Míša, can you please introduce yourself a bit?
"Hello, I'm Míša and I'm a creator who records reality with a camera. I'm a collage artist who puts normally disjointed things into context. I'm also a mother of two children."

" I can't imagine my life without my loved ones, my husband and children, without the possibility of taking pictures or creating at all, and finally I can't imagine it without physical activity."
3. What inspires you in life?
"In life, I am mainly inspired by excerpts or pictures from books, doing nothing, riding the train (when I can just look at the passing landscape) and, last but not least, rummaging through old treasures in junk shops ;)."
6. How would you describe your work? How is it different?
"I would describe my work with the following words: Multi-layered, colorful, expressive."
7. When you think back to your childhood, what scent does it evoke?
"Childhood evokes the smell of iris, purple and powder."
8. What scent can make you feel calm?
"Very heavy, incense scents bring me peace, I call them church scents ;)."
9. Where do you see yourself in five years?
"I imagine Misha living alone with her family, in a house with a garden, I imagine myself happy in my own studio."
10. One word that describes you and why?
"Stubborn. I'll get my way no matter what."
