Refunds and complaints

RETURN

If you are not 100% satisfied, neither are we. So let us know and we will sort everything out via email. By law, you have the right to return goods within 14 days of purchase. However, the product must be free of any defects. You can send your withdrawal to our email info@oraculum.store or to the address:

Send the package back to us at Janáčkovo nábřeží 85/5, Prague 5, 150 00 and we will take care of the rest. We will refund the money for the returned goods within 14 days of the day you send it back.

We will contact you within 1 week of receiving your returned package with further information on when you can expect your refund. Typically, the return time is 3 business days.

If you have trouble understanding any part of the process, please contact us by email and one of our staff will respond as soon as possible. :)


Quick terms:

Please note that we do not offer direct product exchanges. For products you return, you will receive a refund to your original account. If you would like to receive additional products, you can place a new order at any time. Products should be in the same condition as when you received them and can only be returned within 14 days of delivery.

COMPLAINT

If something unexpected happens with our products, please inform us immediately by email at info@oraculum.store. In the first step, write us your order number and the reason for the complaint.

After this initial communication, we will provide you with a code for free return of the shipment via Zásilkovna.

By law, we have 30 calendar days to process your complaint. You can complain about a defect that appears on the goods within 24 months of receiving the goods.
