RETURN

    If you are not 100% satisfied, neither are we. Wondering how you can return a package? By law, you have the right to return jewelry within 14 days of purchase. However, the product must be without any defects or signs of wear.

    Send the package back to us at Blanická 25, Prague 2, 120 00 and we will take care of the rest. Returns are usually processed within 10-30 days from the day you send them back.

    We will contact you within 5 working days (approximately 1 week) of receiving your returned package with further information on when you can expect your refund. Usually the return time is 3 working days.

    If you have trouble understanding any part of the process, please email us and one of our staff will get back to you as soon as possible. :)

    Quick Terms:

    Please note that we do not offer direct product exchange. For the products you return, you will receive money in the original account. If you want to get more products, you can place a new order at any time. Products should be in the same condition as you received them and can only be returned within 14 days of delivery.

    COMPLAINT

    If there is something wrong with our products, please let us know immediately by email at info@oraculum.store. In the first step, write us the order number and the reason for the complaint. Then briefly describe the defect and inform us how you want to resolve the complaint - refund / exchange for a new item / exchange for another product. We are open to many possibilities.

    After this initial communication, we will provide you with a code for free return of the shipment via Zásilkovna (only valid for complaints).

    By law, we have 30 calendar days to process a complaint. The legal warranty period is 24 months from the purchase of the goods.
