Adéla Porubská stands behind the yoga studio Yoga Movement Prague in Prague's Smíchov. Even before she decided to live in Prague, she traveled the world, where she drew inspiration and absorbed wisdom from experienced yoga teachers for her new beginnings. Her return to Prague inspired her to establish one of the most famous yoga studios in our country in 2018. Thus, yoga became a part of her daily life and she decided to pass on her passion to other people.

The design studio is equipped with local brands, including fragrances, candles and incense sticks Oraculum , in the past Adéla also had a collection of yoga clothes in collaboration with our other Oraculum muse, Iva Burkertová, aka ODIVI.

Her love of movement is deeply rooted in her childhood, she alternated between many types of movement, until she finally settled on yoga. This brings her freedom of movement and peace of mind. After all, who doesn't want that too? Calming the flow of thoughts, stopping, listening to your mind, Adéla will teach you all this during her yoga lesson.

What else did Adele tell us? Find out in the new interview below.

1. Hi Adéla, please introduce yourself a bit.

"Hi, I'm Adél and I'm the founder of Yoga Movement."

2. How would you describe yourself to people who don't know you? Describe yourself in 3 words.

"Three words that describe me are: yoga, wine and chocolate."

3. What does your ideal day look like?
"Slow morning, yoga, mountain trek and sunset somewhere on top."

4. What does yoga give you, why do you actively practice it?
"Freedom of movement, relaxation and a great feeling. Since childhood, I have been led to move and during different phases of my life I have always been more actively involved in something more. And yoga has become such a link that connects it all and makes me feel good. Moreover, in today's hectic time, yoga can slow me down and bring me back to the present moment. I see that as its greatest benefit."

5. If you imagine yourself as a perfume, what essence will we smell?
"Sandalwood and the smell of the forest after the rain."

6. How did you first meet the ORACULUM brand? What do you like most about her? Do you have a favorite item in the assortment?
"The first memory connects with Iva Burkertová, where I spotted Katarzist for the first time. And Santalist became my favorite. In addition to the scent, I enjoy its unique packaging."

7. What is the most valuable thing you have learned while working with people at Yoga Movement?
"Patience :)."

8. Which human sense is most important to you and why?
"Of course, a combination of all is ideal. But if I had to choose, it would probably be eyesight. Purely from a practical point of view."

9. And finally, what are your visions and plans for the future?
"To show the world to my boys and to realize new projects with Yoga Movement."
